The Military to the Mountain program invites twenty-two injured veterans to regain their physical and emotional health through participation in this nine-week training program.
Last year our team was lucky enough to get to tag-along with some of the High Five’s Military to the Mountain (M2M) athletes and made this compilation to honor their struggles and achievements. Thank you so much for sharing your stories.
Since last year’s event, we have kept in touch with a few of the athletes.
Here are a few updates on the progress of our friend Keith Murphy:
Since skiing, Keith has blossomed as a motivational speaker and athlete. He has never said no to a challenge, and continues to push the boundaries on his own capabilities while encouraging everyone around him.
We hope that the athletes in this year’s program gain as much as Keith did.
